　　下面說下事件營銷，通過事件的炒作和推廣，達到自己企業品牌推廣的目的。炒作，說白了就是沒事找事，然后吸引大眾的關注。但往往比較難掌控的就是如何去操作整個事件的發展，也是最有難度的企業推廣方式。網絡言論的開闊性，雖然自身可以操作部分槍手，但難免有大量的跟風情況發生。在事件營銷里，最好的平臺就是論壇和博客。越來越多的廣告公司也開始關注這一領域，但由于專業人才和渠道的限制，也只能望洋興嘆，國內的網絡炒作高手，能數來的也就那么幾個人，北京的陳墨，吉林的青藍文化傳媒，雖然目前有很多的自稱為網絡推手的專家，但基本都屬于自吹自擂的類型，因為這些人很難有渠道。我所說的這個渠道很特殊，你要去炒作一個事件，不是一家網站就能做到的，得整個網絡里都議論這個事吧，那最起碼的是得認識各大門戶網站的編輯，你得熟悉各大社區的編輯，你得熟悉網絡里知名的寫手，你得熟悉各個大報社的記者，你得熟悉電視臺的記者，只有你完全掌握這些資源，你熟悉整個炒作流程，你才能把某一個事件策劃得極佳，誰能做到整合這些所有的資源，有錢不一定就能做到，就算網站買你帳，編輯聽從公司安排，但你無法掌控寫手們的想法，所以這個很難，很難。

　　網絡事件一波接著一波，可以說每一個事件都有幕后的策劃，不管是出于什么目的。那現在，如果我們把網絡事件和企業品牌綁定在一起，全社會都開始關注的時候，自身的品牌不會提高嗎?青娛樂因為雅閣女全天下網民都知道了，優酷網因為張鈺性愛錄像帶，現在風風火火，他們的品牌還不都是這樣策劃出來的么，所以事件營銷策劃很關鍵，一個好的事件營銷要從到尾都要詳細的策劃好，包括日后炒作成功以后一些負面問題，都要考慮周全。

　　從傳遞信息效率的角度來看，企業廣告的投放，最看重的應該是網絡的傳播速度以及一個好的廣告創意，可以說一夜之間，好的創意可以一夜傳遍大江南北，好的企業宣傳方案短時間內一夜之間關鍵詞可以在搜索引擎增加幾十萬條，這就是傳遞信息的高效率，粘貼，復制就是最好的傳播方式。比如在我們青藍文化傳媒在樂凱利品牌的推廣當中，我們巧妙的利用了圖片廣告營銷的策略，做了一個系列的小青蛙搞笑漫畫，因為樂凱利主要銷售的是林蛙油，這個就是我們巧妙合理的利用了大眾的心理，通過漫畫來做企業的宣傳，達到了極佳的效果。而客戶的反應就是繼續和我們合作，簽訂下一階段的網絡營銷計劃。

　　網絡營銷手段層出不窮，很多時候，我們缺的并不是創意，而是圍繞產品和品牌定位作出的靠譜策略。遠離定位的策略和創意，哪怕再驚艷，效果再轟動，也未必能給企業形象和業務量帶來正面提升與拉動作用。磨刀不誤砍柴工，在召集營銷團隊成員進行頭腦風暴前，先回到品牌的原點，讓大家先找出或明確產品或品牌的定位，再去量身定做網絡營銷策略，或許你會發現做出來的方案會扎實得多。因為有定位這顆不可缺少的靈魂在里面。

　　隨著電子商務的普及，大量的傳統企業進入互聯網行業希望通過網絡開辟一塊新的銷售渠道，從某一方面來說這是一種進步，因為他們已經開始意識到通過互聯網進行網絡銷售的重要性，并積極開始實踐，然而因為已經習慣了線下經營方式理念的傳統企業來說，要做好網絡營銷需要學習和注意的方面還有很多，傳統企業在實踐過網絡營銷之后發現效果并不是他們當時想象的那樣美好，究竟原因出在了哪里?

　　不靠譜的命令要求靠譜的結果

　　我的一個朋友在一家傳統企業成立的互聯網部門任seo一職(現已經從那家公司離職)，離職的原因是那家公司給他制定了一套考核標準是在一個月的時間內優化100個長尾關鍵詞到百度首頁，做上去了獎勵200元，做不上去倒扣200，然而這個部門做seo的只有他一個人，一個月內新增100個長尾關鍵詞并全部優化到百度首頁，一個好不靠譜的考核標準，在沒有資源和相關投入的情況下，seowhy的夫唯接到這樣的任務也完成不了，朋友沒辦法朋友只好在盡力的基礎上其余的想辦法應付了，于是他在網站上東拼西湊找足了100個詞，200快錢的獎勵也兌現了，然而他沒有想到的是第二個月的任務是優化200個長尾詞到百度首頁，任務翻倍，時間沒變還是一個月，做上去獎勵500，做不上去倒扣500，并且還有求帶來多少多少的流量，這下真是抓狂了，神仙來也不好使。聽到這里，我很無語。我跟他說如果你有這種能力那辭職自己做吧，找好產品，一個月自己弄幾百個高難度的長尾詞做到百度首頁，想不盈利都難，最后補充一點，網站的產品屬于暴利行業產品，所有相關長尾詞競爭都非常大，具體做什么，長江不方面在這里告訴大家。

　　分析：這個任務如果該公司有一個小團隊(2-3個人就可以)分別安排組織內容和建設、購買外鏈，網站本身再稍微有一些權重，達到要求也不是沒有可能，我認識一個在金山游戲部門做seo管理工作的朋友，他手下一共就有三個人，但每天通過seo長尾關鍵詞帶來的流量高達二三十萬，我當時也很驚奇的問他們是怎么做到的，原來他們因為人手少，所以三個做seo的人員基本只負責分析長尾關鍵詞并在網站上進行部署做好內鏈，外鏈建設有專項資金來購買，很少主動出去發外鏈，他們很明確人員配備的不足，而且購買外鏈的投入并不大。

　　推廣策略就是上層領導的一拍腦門

　　把專業的事情交給專業的人來做，這樣的公司才能得到長足的發展，但往往這個看似簡單的道理確很容易被忽略，尤其是在傳統企業做互聯網的公司里，外行人管內行人的現象尤其突出，網站如何改版，制定什么樣的推廣策略經常是上層領導的一拍腦門，想起一處是一出，網站改了又改，大領導小領導的批示，今天看到微薄好就讓下面的人做微薄推廣，明天看到點點網火了，就安排人去那里發廣告，干什么怎么干似乎都是領導自己制定的，月底看績效還要拿出成果來。

　　分析：如果您在網絡營銷推廣方面是個門外漢，請先把自己變成內行人再說。否則沒被別人忽憂瘸，自己先把自己忽憂瘸了;要懂得放權和相信別人，不懂的事不要摻和，交給懂的人去做吧。若實在不放心，可以找一些第三方的公司或是人咨詢一下。互聯網行業，是一個全新的行業，與傳統行業的玩法差異很大。所以想轉行進入互聯網行業的企業管理層，一定要先更新思想。

　　盲目用網站流量作為標準

　　流量代表一切，流量少，說明網站沒人看，就更別說下單買東西了，這句話說的很有道理，公司也經常拿網站流量作為指標來考核網站推廣人員的工作成績，這么做本身沒有錯，但往往在一些公司里會出現這樣的情況，比如現在流量每天5000，下個周要求翻倍，完成這個指標通過正常的渠道也不是沒有可能，多上幾個廣告聯盟，多在幾個行業門戶網站上掛幾個廣告位，短時間內可以達到要求，但這樣問題就來了，需要花錢，然而領導有話要說，咱們免費的推廣不是有很多嗎，多去論壇發發帖子，多做百度知道和貼吧多發多做流量不就來了嗎，是的，在前幾年，論壇就是一個引人流量的好方法，但現在這種原始的方式早已經不好使了，去沒人氣的論壇發帖子沒人看，沒人回，去高人氣的論壇發，不用管理員審核連接就被屏蔽掉了，百度知道和貼吧就更不用說了，別說去發什么連接了，每天多上幾條廣告，不用帶連接帖子照樣刪，管你是ip還是換賬號，啥都不好使。

　　投入少，要求高回報

　　傳統企業的老板習慣了付出立即得到回報的投資方式，但網絡營銷是需要投入的，想快速得到很明顯的效果，投入會比較大，然而傳統企業的老板往往會這么想，花個兩三千還錢找一兩個人能在論壇，百度知道貼吧發發廣告帖子，就想帶來明顯效果，試問哪有這等好事，相對于傳統營銷方式來說，網絡營銷確實投入的少，但投入少不代表不投入。特別是在人力這塊，很多公司的網絡部，就一兩個人，但是卻肩負著網站策劃、技術維護、內容建設、網絡推廣、線上銷售的任務。甚至有的公司，還要求管公司的局域網和電腦維護。我不相信有這種十項全能型的營銷推廣人員。即使有，那不在各大公司當高管的話，也是去創業去了。根本不可能窩在一個小公司里，拿著這點微薄的薪水。

　　分析：企業小，沒有太大的實力去做硬廣告，這個可以理解，但人手財力不夠的前提下，就要選對標準，不少企業培訓里都有聽過高標準高執行這句話，如果網絡推廣部就一兩個人，推廣預算也沒有多少，也不是說就不能高標準了，這種情況下就要標準來的靠譜，咱們行內人都知道，任何一種網絡推廣方式只有在做到一定規模的時候才會有很好的效果，就是所謂的極致化，就說現在中小企業用的最多的免費推廣方式百度知道推廣，確定這種方式效果不錯，那么就安排推廣人員去大量的做吧，考核標準很簡單，每天做了多少個，提問和回答編寫的質量如何，而不是前面提到的帶來多少多少流量，所以不要再把您的網絡推廣人員當做全能王來工作了，精力有限，什么都做的結果往往是什么都做不好。

　　最后的忠告

　　企業在進行網絡營銷的時候要根據人員配備情況和預算的多少，制定合理有 用的推廣方式，盲目的做，帶來盲目結果，把專業的事情交給專業的人來做 ;如果您是老板或是高管，想全面參與其中，可能最需要參加培訓的就是您 了，往往您的一個半懂不懂會讓營銷人員變得繁忙確不出成績。
